Welcome to the Batemans Bay Branch of the Sporting Shooters' Association of Australia. The club was founded in 1991 and is run and maintained by volunteers. We currently have over 850 members.

We are located at 500 Princess Hwy, Batemans Bay, NSW.

 Our aim is to educate, promote and encourage the safe and proper handling of firearms. We conduct Firearms safety training and our friendly Range Officers are always available to assist and answer any questions members and visitors may have.

We accommodate Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, and Air Rifle/Pistol in our indoor range. The rifle range consists of 30 benches and covers distances out to 500m. The Pistol range can accommodate 12 shooters where you can shoot out to 50m. Shotgun has five stands separated by a couple of metres each, with a trap throwing single or double targets in different directions.


We welcome all visitors to our practice or competition days. Prices can be found on our Membership page.

We offer the opportunity for unlicenced shooters to try shooting.  For more details please refer to our Membership page.
